For years, we have been the worldwide sales partner of Rapa Rausch & Pausch GmbH, Selb, for Rapa oil solenoid valves, which have proven themselves in heating technology. In addition, we have intensified our cooperation with Rausch & Pausch GmbH and supply our customers with solenoid valves and components from the comprehensive program for industrial applications.
Burner valve BV 01
The burner valve BV 01 is a safety shut-off valve according to DIN EN ISO 23553-1. It is a direct operated 2/2 way globe valve which is normally closed. The built-in strainer protects the valve against impurities in the oil. This valve is available with G 1/8" or G 1/4" connections. There are various solenoid coils for DC and AC voltage for the BV 01.
Siphon protection valve HSV 04
The siphon protection valve HSV 04 is a directly controlled 2/2-way globe valve for heating oil EL, with a general technical approval. This valve prevents the "siphoning" of heating oil from oil tanks that are filled higher than the tapping point of the oil burner. When the oil burner pump is switched on, the HSV 04 opens parallel and also switches off when the burner pump stops.
SV 04
Solenoid valves of series SV 04 are direct operated 2/2-way globe valves with solenoid actuation. The valves are normally closed. All SV 04 variants have a valve body made of brass (Cu Zn 39 Pb 3 F44) and are available with different sealing materials. SV 04 are available in nominal sizes G 3/8" and G 1/4". Maximum operating pressures of approx. 150 bar can be achieved. Coils with voltages 230 V 50Hz, 24 V DC, 24 V 50Hz and others are available for these valves on request.
SV 09
SV 09 solenoid valves are pilot operated 2/2-way globe valves with solenoid actuation. The valves are normally closed. All SV 09 variants have a valve body made of brass (Cu Zn 40 Pb 2 F37) and are available with different sealing materials. SV 09 are available in nominal sizes G 3/8", G 1/2", G 3/4" and G 1".
