GESTRA
GESTRA AG is one of the leading companies when it comes to boiler and steam applications. The products of GESTRA have been distinguished for years by their reliability and energy efficiency and convince with the highest quality standards. As a premium partner of GESTRA, we are proud to be able to offer you comprehensive advice as well as fast delivery. In addition, if required, we are also happy to execute a steam trap inspection directly at your company, whereby defective steam traps can be found and replaced and the efficiency of your steam plant can be improved.
Steam trap
BK 45
GESTRA's BK series bimetallic steam traps (BK15, BK28, BK29, BK45, BK46, BK212) operate on a thermal principle. The opening and closing processes are controlled by the interaction of bimetal plates and stage nozzle. It is precisely this operating principle that makes the BK series steam traps fast-responding, powerful and robust.
MK 45
GESTRA's MK series steam traps (MK20, MK35, MK36, MK45-1, MK45-2), which operate with an extremely fast-acting control membrane, also belong to the thermal traps. The condensate is discharged almost immediately and therefore the MK series is particularly suitable for processes whose operation is disturbed even by a slight accumulation of condensate or as the fastest possible responding steam trap.
UNA 45
The ball float steam traps of the UNA series (UNA14, UNA16, UNA45, UNA46) from GESTRA operate with a low-friction rolling ball trap that requires only low operating forces. The condensate is discharged immediately and without delay. Steam losses are eliminated by a permanent water seal in front of the closing element. A separate membrane, which is installed in the duplex version, also provides automatic venting. The UNA series from GESTRA is characterized above all by its long durability, insensitivity to dirt and maximum reliability.
Check valves
RK 86
The DISCO non-return (check) valves of the RK series (RK41, RK44, RK49, RK86, RK86A) from GESTRA are clamp-in valves which have clear advantages over conventional valves due to their short overall length, low weight and excellent hydrodynamic characteristics. The valves can basically be mounted between two flanges in any installation position. Different materials, seals and closing springs can be selected depending on the application and medium.
BB2
For larger nominal sizes, check valves are often used. GESTRA's check valves also impress with their short design length and reliability. All three basic designs BB, CB (CB14, CB24, CB26) and WB (WB24S, WB26) from GESTRA are available in different materials, seals and closing springs.
Boiler electronics
In the field of industrial electronics for boiler equipment GESTRA is the largest supplier in Europe. The main focus is on the quality and reliability of the electronics. Whether water level limiter (NRG 16-60), overfill protection (NRG16-61), level electrode (NRG26-60), conductivity electrodes (LRG 16-61), or safety temperature limiter (TRG 5-65), GESTRA has a solution for all applications for monitoring and controlling boiler operation. Thanks to SPECTORconnect and SPECTORmodul, your process can be efficiently automated and controlled.
BA 46
In addition to the industrial electronics, GESTRA also has the appropriate mechanical components such as continous blowdown valves or rapid-action intermittent blowdown valves (BA46, BAE46, PA46, MPA 46) in its program. These can also be automated with the help of the industrial electronics, which leads to an increase in the service life and economy of your boiler.
